Chicken Satay Martawi, is a restaurant owned by Mr. SuhardiBaedowi. The restaurants have special menus is a mainstay of thefamily Suhardi during berpluh years. Chicken satay chicken sataymartawi could be the oldest in Cilacap, where the origins of this restaurant stands. Mbah Martawi, the founder, has been sold satayhomemade since 1923.
In addition to delicious, chicken satay has a uniqueness. Namely inevery sate, each made with two puncture. So that when burned,satay can be dilated or stretched. The chicken made of chicken, which makes the combustion process even more special and longer to mature perfectly.
Satay is still served with peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce, sataymartawi the meal has been delicious even without seasoning.because, when burned, satay is marinated in the spice first.
