Tempe Mendoan
Tempe Mendoan is aa type of cuisine tempeh tempeh made fromthin ,and fried with flour so that it feels good and crispy .Traditionally in Banyumas, tempeh is used to mendoan is the kind of tempeh wrap a thin width, one or two sheets perbungkus.Tempe mendoan Aakan but also can be made from ordinarytempeh sliced thinly but widely.
Material:
300 g tempeh, sliced thinly 10x15 cm width
2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
100 g rice flour
1 tbsp plain flour
125 ml water
cooking oil
Blend:
2 cloves garlic
1 whole red onion
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper granules
2 tsp salt
Method:
Stir flour with spices, green onion, and water until blended.
Dip each piece of tempeh in a batter of flour.
Fry in hot oil and lots of flour until the dough is frozen but not yethardened, ripe but not yellow or dry. Remove and drain.
Serve warm with chili soy sauce. For 12 pieces.

250 g tempeh, sliced thin width 10 x 6 x 1 cm
75 g rice flour
25 gr flour
3 stalks chives, cut into ½ cm
125 ml water
Blend:
2 tsp coriander
1 clove garlic
1 cm kencur
salt to taste
How to make:
Mix the ground spices with rice flour and starch.
Stir while pouring a little water.
Stirring constantly until blended and smooth.
Enter kucainya.
Heat oil in frying pan a lot.
Dip tempeh one by one into the batter of flour.
Fry until golden brown.
Remove and serve with chilli sauce.
